These are the directions of most innovations in the development of household appliances.

We, at TESY, being producers of two of the most energy-intensive categories in our daily lives – water heating for domestic use and local electric heating, clearly recognize both today’s challenges and our responsibilities to our customers and the surrounding natural and micro environments. That is why we are focusing all our efforts, all of our marketing and R&D resources in the search for new intelligent and constructive-technological solutions for hot water production and storage of the already heated amounts, as well as for efficient consumption.

2. How does the Internet ofThingschange production, logistics and retail work through innovative models and practices?

Before answering this question, I would like to clarify something – our production process cannot be isolated from the entire business process and that is why my answer is related to how we use IoT all the way – from the creation to the marketing of a new product.

After this clarification – IoT is the name used today, tomorrow there will probably be another term characterizing this technology, but generally speaking, development, I would even say the boom in the evolution of Internet-related technologies and real-time management and control capabilities, as well as one of the consequences – the easy collection and processing of important information about the consumption and habits of our customers without the need for them to make additional efforts in this regard, is what expands our capabilities to improve the management logic every single day and to be able to work every day so as to provide better energy-efficient products, better-tuned for everyday use, which, as a basic feature, are very energy intensive.

With regards to logistics and retail – a whole new world of consumers is born and grows, consumers who want to test and feel the product before ordering it, even without having to visit the store, and as we all know, soon the drones will replace the postman …

3. What are the challenges to you as a company when it comes to the introduction of more innovations and the “transfer” of more human rights and obligations to automated equipment?

In my opinion, rights and obligations will remain a purely human commitment for every process in our everyday lives, and I believe that this is one of the most important things we need to recognize about our future – regardless of the high technology we use, the excellent machines we introduce, people are the ones who will drive their development, and in particular the processes in the company.

Therefore, we at TESY, rely on the opportunity to attract the most talented and inquisitive people who have the energy to create impressive products and the ambition to meet challenging goals.

An indisputable proof of our success are not just our market positions, which we manage to improve each year with double-digit sales growth in more than 50 countries around the world, but we also particularly value and enjoy the respect demonstrated by the most famous and well-known companies in the industry, who have been paying close attention to us over the past and throughout this year and revealed their willingness to develop joint projects with us – something that we are already doing…

4. How does the new water heater model further develop theprevious one and what is different about it?

Every new water heater – this one and those of the next generations – will always provide at least three better effects for the end user:

More hot water with relatively less energy consumption.

Reduction of static losses.

Flexible and optimal control aimed at energy savings, which, if used, would not help meet the needs and improve the lives and comfort of our users.

[/vc_mad_dropcap][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_mad_dropcap]Zhechko Kyurkchiev, CEO of TESY How Internet of Things (IoT) changes work in production, logistics and retail, how innovation determines the success of a company and which are the appilances of the future.
