After-Sales Service Specialist


-      Involved in daily communication with customers, partners and related business units of the company;

-      Responsible for the ordering process of spare parts, checking of monthly reports for after-sales services and uploading them to the ERP system;

-      Works actively in the ERP system (SAP), processing all the operations connected to the received spare parts orders and related documents;

-      Being active part in resolving all claims placed by the customers and partners in fast and effective manner;

-      Keeps the service documentation up-to-date and uploaded on the company’s specialized web portal;

-      Maintains a register of claims, received from customers and partners of the company;

-      Conducts regular campaigns/surveys for customer satisfaction evaluation of the after-sales service quality provided by TESY;

-      Visits key customers and partners when needed;



-      Education: University degree in technology or other relevant to the position;

-      Language skills: very good command of English, both written and spoken. Spanish and/or Russian will be considered as an advantage;

-      Computer literacy: MS Office; Experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage;

-      Professional experience:  min 2 years in a similar position;

-      Inter-personal skills:

o   Responsible, self-motivated and well organized individual;

o   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

o   Customer-orientated behavior;

o   Ability to solve problems effectively and meeting the deadlines;

o   Ability to prioritize different tasks with great attention to the details;

o   Outgoing, open and honest personality;

o   Strong team player;
