In order to continue our mission, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to work at the position of a Customer Service and Business Administration Specialist

 

   Position Profile:

  •       Responsible for the reception and evaluation of the sales orders/requests
  •       Accountable for the accuracy of the sales orders data input and update of customer accounts Responsible for checking that the price and conditions information to invoice corresponds to the prices that appear in the price lists available for each client.
  •       Responsible for checking that the AP entered in BW corresponds to what has been sent by the SM or HoM.
  •       Responsible for performing availability check of materials, as well as customers’ credit control Responsible for checking the available material of customers who have their own stock
  •       Responsible for the fast and correct responding to customers’ requests
  •       Accountable for the placing and follow-up of the order – cycle with the production department of the company, as well as with logistics department, aiming to ensure the timely delivery of the order and customer satisfaction
  •       Using SAP software, issuing all documents necessary for the delivery
  •       Provide office and administrative support – handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence, filing, office consumables, etc.
  •       Assist with the preparation of documents, proposals, translations, letters, reports
  •       Organize internal and external meetings
  •       Conduct written and verbal communication with partners

 

   Position Requirements:

  •      Education – University degree in economics or technology
  •      Professional experience
  • o   At least 5 years of professional experience, two of which in a similar position]
  • o   Experience with documents and invoices]
  •      Language skills: Spanish native and excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  •      Computer literacy: MS Office, ERP systems;
  •      Inter-personal skills:
  • o   Responsible, self-motivated and well-organized individual;
  • o   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • o   Ability to solve problems effectively and to meet deadlines;
  • o   Ability to prioritize different tasks
  • o   Outgoing, open and honest personality;
  • o   Strong team player;
