Customer Service Specialist Iberia region

1. Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the reception and evaluation of the sales orders/requests

·         Accountable for the accuracy of the sales orders data input and update of customer accounts

·         Responsible for performing availability check of materials, as well as customers’ credit control

·         Responsible for the fast and correct responding to customers’ requests

·         Accountable for the placing and follow-up of the order – cycle with the production department of the company, as well as with logistics department, aiming to ensure the timely delivery of the order and customer satisfaction

·         Using SAP software, issuing all documents necessary for the delivery

·         Provide office support – handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence

·         Assist with the preparation of documents, proposals, letters, reports

·         Conduct written and verbal communication with partners

 

2. Reporting:

·         Report directly to Senior Manager Customer Service

 

3. Requirements:

·         Education: University dregree in economics or technology

·         Professional experience:

o    2 years in a similar position;

o    Experience with documents and invoices;

·         Language skills: excellent Spanish  and English, both written and spoken;

·         Computer literacy: MS Office; ErP systems, preferably SAP;

·         Inter-personal skills:

o    Responsible, self-motivated and well organized individual;

o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

o    Ability to solve problems effectively and to meet deadlines;

o    Ability to prioritize different tasks

o    Outgoing, open and honest personality;

o    Strong team player;
