Financial and Business Reporting Specialist

(based in Sofia or Shumen)



Responsible for business reporting and financial control of the Company’s business units focusing on working capital analysis, costs and expenses, profitability. Liaise with foreign subsidiaries and structures supervising their reporting and financial activities.

Job activities include:

·         Business reporting utilizing ERP and data warehouse systems;

·         Analysis and control on costs, expenses and budgets;

·         Participation in budget preparation and analysis;

·         Reporting and analysis of inventory levels and comparison to targets;

·         Analysis of working capital requirements;

·         Liaison with company’s subsidiaries and local service providers;

·         Foreign transfer pricing documentation in compliance with applicable tax legislations;

·         Participation in establishment of new subsidiaries or structures of the Company abroad and in setting up of their accounting, tax, financial and ERP servicing;

·         Participation in management and group reporting activities;

·         Reporting to the Company’s CFO;


 Requirements for the position:

·         Education: University degree in Finance/Accounting or other related field;

·         Language skills: very good command of English, both written and spoken;

·         Computer literacy: MS Office with advanced Excel skills; Experience with SAP or other ERP will be considered as an advantage;

·         Professional experience: at least 2 years of experience in the field of finance or accounting;

·         Inter-personal skills:

-   Responsible, self-motivated and well organized individual;

-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

-   Ability to prioritize different tasks with great attention to the details;

-   Outgoing, open and honest personality;

-   Strong team player;
