Logistics, Sales and Customer Support Specialist

 

Job profile:

-          Front-desk functions (phone calls, technical assistance – directs the call to the respective colleague; client support – claims)
-          Receiving & processing incoming orders, analyzing, measuring and organize by deadline
-          Stock availability, validating and confirming orders and backorders to customers, reporting to customers orders below min order value
-          Permanent communication with direct managers and customers for orders related issues, production, lead time
-          Monitor all SAP documents related to orders and materials: sales and purchase orders, cancellation, BackOrders
-          Consolidating orders/ shipments to reach costs efficiency and best organize
-          Permanent communication with Logistics & Sales for any kind of issue related to orders, stock, transfers, measures, production, documents and deliveries
-          Organizing shipments for all Romanian customers and sending related documents to customers
-          Programming shipments to Romanian customers for unloading
-          Preparing and sending pre-shipping advise to 3PL for capillary distribution and other related documents (delivery notes, POD, CMR)
-          Keeping files updated related to orders by customer, by drop point, etc.
-          Issuing all documents related to delivery process: outbound, inbound, delivery notes
-          Responsible for data accuracy inside documents and report to the Line Manager
-          VAT validation check and report to person in charge

Job profile:
-          University degree
-          Professional experience in similar position, operational, logistics minimum 1 year
-          Language skills: Excellent English both written and spoken
-          Computer literacy - MS Office (SAP will be an advantage)
-          Inter-personal skills: responsible, well organized, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and with committed deadlines, ability to prioritize different tasks, honest and transperant, team player
