Sales Manager Professional Products

Bulgarian Market

 

Purpose:

To drive TESY’s business development and sales in the Professional products Category aimed at:

•      Identification of the most important customers – project organisations and investments companies, prospect clients and business opportunities

•      Management over the updating and execution of the annual sales plan

•      Faster growth of the category in terms of product offering, as well as sales units and revenues

•      Preparation of sales offers and negotiations for deal closing

•      Identification and tracking of key business opportunities

•      Definition of product range, pricing and development

•      Play key role in market research and analysis

•      Conduct internal trainings for professional products for TESY sales force

 

Product focus:

•      Enamelled indirectly heated water tanks

•      Buffer tanks

•      HP water heaters

•      Solar panels and systems

 

Requirements:

·         Education: university degree in Engineering

Professional experience:
5 years of experience in business-to-business sales, where the experience with the sales of any of the following would be an advantage: professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/ systems, domestic appliances or other installation products
experience in an international company or environment would also be preferred
Language skills: fluent in English
Computer literacy: MS Office, experience with HVAC systems software would be an advantage
Inter-personal skills:
Business developer with strong negotiation skills
Self-starter and result-oriented individual
Analitycal with attention to detail
Excellent communicator and presenter
Outgoing, open and honest personality
Willingness for regular visits to the market
