On 12th May 2016 TESY Ltd. celebrated the grand opening of its new factory for electric waterheaters with officials from the government, partners, customers, suppliers and employees.
The investment in the new facility is 15 million leva and is another step of the growth strategy of the company. Тhe new facility offers considerable expansion in the premises with 5000 m2 manufacturing space, including test facilities and office space. New 80 employees are already hired and TESY plans to provide within the next four years 50 more jobs.
The factory has the most modern equipment for manufacturing of electric water heaters in Europe. The new production line is designed with an operating capacity of two electric water heaters of 100 litres per minute. During a two-shift operation and 5-day working week, TESY will produce about 1.1 million electric water heaters annually. Among them is the best seller of the company – the electric water heaters BiLight and the newest series Modeco.
The opening ceremony of the new production building was attended by the President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev and representatives of local government. The official inauguration event held in the facility gathered more than 250 people from more than 18 countries from TESY`s main market areas in Europe.
The official cutting ribbon ceremony was held by Mr. Rosen Plevneliev, President of Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Luybomir Hristov, Mayor of Shumen, Mr. Zhechko Kuyrkchiev, Managing director of TESY and Mr. Krasen Kuyrkchiev, Partner in TESY.
The factory we are opening today is the newest space where the innovation and commitment to quality may flourish. With the processes and capacities that are set we are ahead of some well-known international leaders in our industry.
We continue to have ambitious plans for the development of our productions. Looking around me, it gives me great pleasure to see our new hi-tech facilities. But believe me, my real emotions and contentment sprint from seeing the TESY team today. During the event the visitors had truly a chance to have a tour and see firsthand TESY`s impressive and precise manufacturing process of electric water heaters.
With such production facilities and highly qualified staff, TESY will manufacture even better products - a new generation of electric water heaters that provide an optimal balance in the ratio between hot water and used energy.
