Hereby we would like to inform you that TESY is launching a preventive campaign of voluntary corrective maintenance on specific number of electric water heaters.
On the products mentioned above, we have identified a construction imperfection regarding a part used in them. The involved models are with a capacity from 50 to 150l and are manufactured in the third quarter of 2023.
Considering the safety nature of the identified risk we decided to carry out the campaign in order to avoid the risk of electric shock which is possible in case the user did not fulfill the requirements described in the instructions for use and maintenance.
Being a company highly committed to safety and social responsibility, TESY has developed a technical maintenance solution consisting in replacing a component by new one, aimed at preventing health and property hazards.
We have blocked the involved appliances for sale withdrawing and recalling them so that the next step can be processed – an appliance exchange, reimbursement or other alternative to be chosen by the concerned user.

Where to find the serial number of my product?
The serial number is placed on the product itself (on the product label), on its box and on the warranty card, as shown on the images.
