    1. I can't connect the convector

      In case you are still unable to connect your appliance, do a "reset" of the convector to return it to factory settings ( we show a picture from the user manual on how to reset ).
      Please make sure that your WI-FI network you want to connect the appliance to is available (check if the WI-FI network you want to connect the appliance to is broadcasting on 2.4 GHz), and that your convector is not too far from the router (you can check the signal strength and availability by viewing available networks from your mobile device, standing next to the convector).

    2. I can't register in MyTesy

      1. Make sure you have completed all the registration steps described in the instructions for connecting the device to the internet, and check if you have filled in all the fields correctly.

      2. If you have already created a registration in the TESY CLOUD application, you do not need to create a new one, but only enter your username and password to access your MyTesy account.

    3. After notification in MyTesy that the appliance is successfully connected the convector does not appear on the dashboard

      Please reset the convector to return it to factory settings and try reconnecting it.

      If after reconnecting the appliance is not displayed again in the app, please contact us for assistance.

    4. What does the message "Connect to device : Tesy CN06AS" mean?

      The message "Connect to device : Tesy-CN06AS" shows the name of the convector's own (local) network. The same message appears when connecting all models with Internet control of the series (CN 06, CN 052, CN 051, CN 031).

    5. Where can I see the name of my appliance?

      The picture shows the possible places where you can see the name of your convector, which will help you in the process of connecting it to the Internet.
