Cordeel Bulgaria has made an official announcement at a press release stating it is currently building four key factories in Bulgaria.
The company performs building works with regard to the facilities of the following companies: TESY, WITTE Automotive Bulgaria, Lavena and Melexis Bulgaria.
For 2017, Cordeel Bulgaria has performed project commissioning of the greatest number of buildings on the Bulgarian market compared to all other construction companies, whose total area amounts to 101,000 square meters, according to the data revealed by representative of the company.
In the city of Shumen, the company is involved in the project for the construction of a multi-storey warehouse with an area of 4 500 square meters designed for the specific needs of the entity TESY.
The relevant works related to the construction of the warehouse will be completed in the middle of next year, and the on-site building works will be carried out in such manner as not to affect the smooth manufacturing processes performed at rest of the enterprise.
The requirements for the flooring maintained within relevant rooms are extremely high, the equipment and the machines that are intended to be used for the working tasks are specialized and are driven by means of an induction – constituting a system where the operator has a minimal involvement.
We would like to remind that TESY is the winner in the prestigious national contest “Building of the year 2016” in category “Industrial and logistics buildings” with the project – Factory of electric water heaters- city of Shumen”, whose realizations has been performed by the contractor -Cordeel Bulgaria.
The investment intended for finalization of the project of TESY Ltd. amounts to 15 million Bulgarian levs and for its realization TESY entrusted the project completion to following experts: with regard to the construction works- engineer Boyko Tzonzarov, with regard to the design- Ivo Petrov – Architects Ltd., contractor – Cordeel Bulgaria and with regard to project manager activities- Lindner Immobile Management.
